Maxwell Enki was founded by Liz Connelly. She is passionate about personal development and know that training is important but more important is coaching. Liz’s background is in the pharmaceutical industry, where she had a successful 20-year track-record. She worked for one of the largest organisations, Pfizer, starting as a sales representative before moving into a learning and development role. She then progressed to sales leadership and account management leading teams both regionally and nationally. Liz then took on a Sales Director role for a small organisation working alongside several high-profile companies.

Her passion for developing people has been fundamental to her success, coaching both her team and peer groups; empowering those around her to strive for continued improvement and ultimately exceeding sales targets.

Liz is a highly skilled, award-winning, Master Certified Coach, helping her clients transform to achieve outstanding results. She works with clients around the globe from CEOs to sales representatives; from large global organisations to sole traders and everything in between. Her ability to ask insightful, challenging questions is second to none allowing her clients to commit to changes to achieve their goals.
