From 2025 we’ll also offer a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) programme, which is a mid-level credential for experienced coaches. To earn the PCC certification, coaches must complete extensive coach-specific training, accumulate significant coaching experience, and demonstrate proficiency of the ICF’s core competencies at a higher level than the ACC credential. The programme includes mentor coaching, and performance evaluation. The PCC credential signifies a strong commitment to professional development and expertise in coaching.
