Maxwell Enki, in collaboration with Starbuck and Associates under the Coaching Craft brand, is proud to provide International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited training to aspiring coaches. Both Maxwell Enki and Starbuck and Associates independently hold the ICF Level 1 accreditation and deliver coach training programmes through the Coaching Craft.
What is the International Coaching Federation?
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the leading global organisation for coaches and coaching. The ICF is dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification and building a worldwide network of trained coaching professionals.
As well as team, organisation, and leadership development, Starbuck & Associates help people who want to train as a coach, improve as a coach, and grow a business as a coach.

We’re proud to offer an Associate Certified Coaching (ACC) programme accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). If you want to establish your credibility and professional standing in the coaching industry, this course is designed for you
From 2025 we’ll also offer an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) programme, which is a mid-level credential for experienced coaches. Talk to us to find out more about this pilot programme which is starting in February 2025!
Coaching Craft ICF MCC Programme
The ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) programme is the highest level of coaching certification. We’re extremely proud that this will be coming soon to Starbuck & Associates, especially as it will be taught by two Master Certified Coaches.

Coaching Craft Mentor Coaching
Our Mentor Coaching programme supports you as a coach in refining your skills and deepening your understanding of the ICF core competencies. Mentor coaching is a requirement if you’re pursuing ICF credentials like ACC, PCC, or MCC. It will help you grow professionally and improve your coaching techniques.
Coaching Supervision
Coaching supervision allows coaches to reflect, enhance their skills, and uphold ethical standards. Through supervision, participants will explore ethical dilemmas, receive tailored feedback, and strengthen their coaching mindset, ensuring continuous growth and alignment with ICF standards.
Coaching Craft for Leaders Programme
Coaching is a fundamental skill for leaders in all organisations. Research shows that to be a great leader, you need to be a good coach. When coaching is done well it has a huge impact on an organisation, both financially and for the development of their people. This programme explores the importance of coaching and introduces the key skills of a coach. As a participant, you will leave confident to coach and will know how to embed further a coaching culture in the organisation.
