Beth Stacey

An inspiring and driven leader, with a foundation in the pharmaceutical industry, Beth honed her experience in leadership, strategy and organisation development. Leveraging her background and passion for people, she transitioned into the consulting and service sector focussing on coaching and capability development. Beth is passionate about coaching and empowering others to be their best, and gets immense satisfaction from helping others to reach their goals.  With an expertise for empowering people, Beth is dedicated to fostering leadership excellence, developing high value adding teams, cultures, and organisations.

Beth has spent the last 7 years leading a global Coaching and Capability organisation. Here she built the USA, and APAC teams, growing the organisation whilst focussing on People and Culture. Prior to this she has 8 years line management in pharmaceutical sales; proud to develop a high performing team, many who were recognised individually, but also collectively.  Beth also developed and delivered a mentoring programme within this organisation for new leaders and managers.

Beth is a highly skilled Associate Certified Coach with over 19 years coaching experience, predominantly over the last 7 years at global executive level, and coaching leaders to ‘coach’. Beth has designed and delivered multiple train the trainer courses. She also has vast experience including ‘in field’ medical and sales coaching, AI coaching, business coaching, and peer mentorship. Beth is excellent at building a coaching partnership, whether coaching through a remote, or in person setting.

Beth has run many workshops and learning programmes in her previous roles.  She has developed and delivered workshop on sales/medical engagement models, coaching models, commercial negotiations, emotional intelligence, remote engagement, business and strategic planning.  She is always focused on ensuring attendees take away key actions to support their learning and embed behavioural change.
