How do I track my referrals?
You will be sent a monthly report sent to your directly. We’ll confirm every referral that converts into a client.
What types of clients are ideal for Maxwell Enki?
We typically work with senior leaders, executives, high-performing teams and organisations committed to transformational development. If someone is serious about growth and values thoughtful, experienced coaching — they’re likely a good fit.
What if I want to introduce someone personally?
That’s welcomed. A warm introduction via email often works best. Just CC us and we’ll take it from there — and ensure your referral is recorded.
Is there a cap on how much I can earn?
Not at all. There’s no limit to the number of referrals or commissions you can receive.
Do I need to be a coach to join?
Not necessarily. While the programme is most relevant to those in coaching, consulting or people development, anyone who believes in our work and has a relevant network is welcome to apply.
What if a referral doesn’t convert right away?
We honour referrals for up to 12 months. If your contact books a programme within that time, you’ll still receive your commission.
How will I get paid?
Payments are made by bank transfer within 30 days of us receiving cleared payment from your referral. We’ll ask for your payment details during onboarding.
